Traditional recipes, time-honoured techniques and heritage starters are at the heart of our bakery, though we’re always looking for innovative new ways to bake. Every loaf, bun, cake and pastry is crafted by hand using carefully sourced ingredients from the farms, dairies, millers and cheesemongers so integral to what we do.
BREAD
Sourdoughs, heritage grains, gluten-free, classic tin loaves and everything in between. There’s a loaf for everyone. Nothing gives us as much pleasure as a freshly baked, lovingly crafted loaf.
CAKES
When baking bread is your passion, it’s a short but gratifying leap into the endlessly creative realm of cakes, brownies, cookies and madeleines. From afternoon treats to birthday celebrations, every triumph is worth celebrating.
PASTRIES
The flakiest butter croissants, soft sweet muffins and sticky buns that fill us with glee. Our freshly baked, handmade pastries brighten any morning and set you up for the day ahead.

Cheese straws twisted with mature cheddar, sausage rolls made with Hepburn’s free-range pork, hand pies, borekitas, and quiches filled with the finest ingredients.
